D86 & IASB Needs Feedback for Assistant Superintendent Search

Eonju HwangNews

District 86 is currently working with the Illinois Association of School Boards (IASB) on the search for a new assistant superintendent for academics.

One of the key steps for ensuring the success of this critical endeavor is to get stakeholder feedback about the attributes that the next assistant superintendent for academics should possess. With this in mind, we are asking parents/guardians, faculty, staff and community members to please use the brief survey found at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/XJ79S8H to provide information and insights that will help us complete important tasks such as vetting candidates and developing interview questions. The survey will be open until noon on April 7, and any responses or comments we receive will remain anonymous.

If you have questions or need more information about the opening or search process, please email Cheryl Moore, the district’s assistant superintendent of human resources, at cmoore@hinsdale86.org. In the meantime, we want to thank you for your time and attention to this message, and for your continued support of our schools and the students we serve.
